VERMICULTURE SYSTEMS

"0" Maintenance Policy

Our engineers prescribe to the K I S (keep it simple) method and have eliminated all but the necessary moving parts. There is no under system maintenance. All parts and labor have a ten year guarantee. Motors, pumps and hydraulic equipment have manufactures warranties and service agreements.

Your choice of eclectic or hydraulic power units, automated covers, thermal couplers for temperature control, misting systems for moisture and temperature control, computer programming for monitoring multiple systems and larger commercial facilities..

All systems are modular for easy expansion to meet increased production requirements.

Technical Subscription Services

For anyone considering or attempting to set up a "Wormery" in a back yard all the way to commercial Digester for Industrial and Municipal service. Our in-house staff is available for information on Vermiculture, Agricultural Techniques related to Horticultural and greenhouse applications. You are fully supported to help with start up and any operation issues.

Minimal daily maintenance required (1 hour per day max.)

To determine the correct size of machine an accurate survey of daily waste to be processed will be required. The machine will need to be indoors in a heated environment for winter use. Minimum temperature should be no less than 50° F. No direct sun. Optimal temperatures 70-80° F. (insulated versions are available for stand alone out door) Concrete or asphalt floor is required Pier blocks at a minimum

Continuous Flow Digester Concept

Benefits and Features

• Flow through design- Organic waste in on the top and finished Vermicompost out the bottom provide 95% worm free. 90% of the worm population will be found in the top 4 inches of the worm bed. Harvesting begins 6-8 weeks after setup.

• Year around use, 365 days a year.

• Highly aerobic conditions are easily maintained

• No loss of nutrients due to seepage into the ground.

• No need to turn materials

• After initial inoculation no further worm population will be needed. The population will propagate and maintain ample populations to process the organic feedstock.
